Renter's Documents
The renter and all additional drivers must provide the following documents: a valid driver's license, a valid passport, or an ID card. In case the renter provides a driver's license that is NOT issued by a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the Swiss Confederation, they must provide an international driver's license or a legalized translation of the original driver's license (the original license must always be presented as well).

Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period for the vehicle is one (1) day, although this may vary depending on the policies of the specific rental company.

Late Return Charges
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed-upon return time, any difference between the pick-up time and the actual return time that exceeds the allowed free hours will incur additional charges as follows:
For delays of up to six (6) hours, a flat fee will be charged according to the rental company’s price list.
For delays exceeding six (6) hours, the charge will be equivalent to the rental rate for one (1) day, as specified in the rental company’s price list.

Price List
The applicable rates and fees are detailed in the rental company's price list, provided to the renter at the time of the rental agreement and available upon request.

Fuel
The vehicle is provided with the available fuel in the tank and must be returned with the same amount. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged according to the car rental company’s rates. If the fuel amount is greater, no compensation will be provided.

Reservation Cancellation
You can cancel or modify a reservation up to 48 hours before the rental date via email: [email protected].

Crossborder fee
Rentals abroad are possible upon prior request and approval to neighboring countries of Bulgaria (Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, and the European part of Turkey). An administrative fee is charged based on the car rental company's rates.

Renter's Responsibilities
The renter is responsible for paying the following costs during the rental period:
Fines: The renter is responsible for all fines imposed for violations of the law during the use of the vehicle.
Fuel: The renter is required to provide the necessary fuel for the vehicle and is responsible for fuel costs during the rental period.
Parking Fees: The renter is responsible for any parking fees that arise during the rental period.

Vehicle Cleanliness upon Return
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, preventing a proper inspection after rental (including checking for scratches and dents), the renter will bear the cost of washing the vehicle.

Smoking Policy
Please note that smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. If this policy is violated, fines may be imposed on the renter.

Traffic Law
The renter must comply with traffic laws. In the case of violations, they bear full responsibility for any penalties and damages resulting from non-compliance with the aforementioned law. In the event of a traffic accident, the renter must notify the rental company and call 112, wait for the competent authorities, fully cooperate to clarify the circumstances, and request the issuance of an accident report.

Providing the Vehicle to Third Parties
The renter is not allowed to provide the rented vehicle to third parties not listed in the rental agreement. The vehicle may not be used to tow trailers, participate in races, training, or tests, transport large, loose, or other construction materials, or carry animals. The renter must not drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.

Booking Platform
Rent4less.bg is a booking platform, and the actual service is provided by different rental companies. Rent4less.bg is not directly responsible for the performance of the service provided by these companies.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required upon vehicle pickup. The deposit amount varies based on the rental company’s policy and is clearly indicated on the details page for each vehicle.
